About the Role
We’re looking for a Midweight Digital Account Manager to help lead and grow our digital offering. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, overseeing the delivery of digital projects, and helping to build retained digital accounts.
You’ll be someone who lives for the detail, loves building relationships, and thrives in a fast-moving, fast-growing environment.
You’ll manage websites, digital campaigns, content, UX/UI, and creative production – working with our strategy, design and tech teams to deliver beautifully crafted work that moves the needle.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the day-to-day management of digital projects for key clients
- Supporting the growth of retained digital relationships and identifying new digital opportunities
- Leading the planning, resourcing and coordination of digital-first workstreams – from UX and UI to content, campaign and build
- Ensuring all projects run to time, budget and brief – with clarity, consistency and care
- Using tools like Figma, ClickUp, Slack and Notion to manage work and comms (familiarity with Monday.com, Trello or similar is fine too)
- Working closely with designers, developers and strategists to ensure a joined-up delivery
- Acting as the bridge between client and studio – briefing clearly, reviewing work, and maintaining excellent communication
- Helping us deliver an outstanding experience and building long-term trust with clients
- Spotting and shaping opportunities to add value and deepen relationships
- Supporting weekly planning, tracking and reporting internally and for clients
About You
- You love structure, process and project management – but never lose sight of the creative outcome
- You thrive on clarity, order and communication – and get a buzz from making things run smoothly
- You have a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience delivering digital work (e.g. websites, content, campaigns, UI/UX)
- You’re comfortable managing multiple CMS platforms, including Webflow, WordPress and others
- You’re an exceptional organiser and clear communicator – both with clients and internally
- You’re commercially aware – spotting opportunities to grow accounts and support business development
- You’re comfortable working at pace and managing multiple workstreams
- You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and low-drama
- You love building relationships and genuinely care about doing great work
- You’re a self-starter who wants to grow – personally and as part of an ambitious, close-knit team
Tools You’ll Need to Know
- Figma – for digital design and collaboration
- ClickUp (or similar) – for project management
- Slack – for internal comms and updates
- Webflow, WordPress and familiarity with multiple CMS platforms
- Google Workspace / Notion / PowerPoint – for planning, presentations and documentation
