We are looking for a project manager to join our client services team (reporting in our Head of Operations), working alongside our account managers to support the delivery of strategic and creative projects by providing exceptional organisational and operational support.
Our project managers work closely with our account managers, focusing on the efficient and cost-effective delivery of projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the creative industry and be a process-driven individual, someone who is a proactive problem solver and highly organised and detail orientated.
Responsibilities would include:
It will be your responsibility to provide superb quality, proactive project management across your portfolio of clients and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to excellent quality standards.
Create and own key project management deliverables, to include: Project status reports, project timelines, project resource plans (etc.) and be proactive in developing / creating project specific reports, plans or documents where required to ensure the smooth running of a project.
Work with account management to create accurate and thorough project plans, and schedule and coordinate studio resource for delivery accordingly. Support the account management team with day-to-day tasks as necessary.
Assist in the day-to-day delivery of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that the project team are delivering against your client’s objectives.
Assist in scoping and creating detailed project quotes, monitor project budgets closely and ensure all projects are profitable for Bert.
Track the progress of your projects, effectively manage change throughout projects, flag issues to seniors and be proactive in offering solutions to challenges.
Liaise with and feedback to the internal studio team and external suppliers (including the selection and management of these) for the smooth delivery of projects for your client base and the new business opportunities (with existing and new clients) which you are responsible for, always ensuring that the output of the agency is consistently of the highest quality.
Be a point of contact for your clients, attend and participate in client calls, meetings and presentations when necessary and be proactive in communicating with your clients.
Proactively seek and identify new work opportunities with your team’s existing client base.
