- Edit your site yourself. If you have a problem, we'll provide email support and answer questions on site configuration.
- Hosting Support
- Never talk to your web host. Just talk to us instead, and we'll handle all the technical bits and pieces.

- Email and video support
- We’ll jump on a call whenever needed to talk you through any changes you might need.
- Configuration changes
- We’ll make small configuration changes as needed including website plugins, CMS configuration and site templates.
- Content Management
- If you are unavailable or just busy, we will make any small copy or image changes to your website for you. This means swapping existing content for new content the same length / shape. Just email us and we'll get it done.
- Discount on Development Services
- If new design or development is needed to make changes to your site, we'll use our discount pricing structure and fast track the changes for you.
- Ask for SEO, site optimisation and data analysis packages

- Training
- We’ll train new staff on using your website and also provide any more advanced training on any existing features and content management best practices including image optimisation.
- Wish List
- We’ll spend 1x day per month working on your website wishlist. This will help address ongoing feature changes and small site upgrades.
